Bidwells is the business name for the property consultancy practice carried on by Bidwells LLP, its affiliated companies, firms and other entities carrying on business under or including the name Bidwells or under joint venture or collaboration arrangements in association with Bidwells LLP (together “Bidwells”). Accordingly references in the Legal Notices and elsewhere on this website to “Bidwells” means Bidwells LLP and the other partnerships and affiliated companies, firms or entities authorised to carry the name “Bidwells” or one or more of those affiliated firms, companies or entities as the context requires.

Before 1 July 2009, “Bidwells” was a general partnership constituted under the Partnership Act 1890. Some documents on this website were produced before 1 July 2009. Nothing in those documents is to be taken to indicate that Bidwells LLP or any of its limited liability affiliated undertakings are unlimited liability undertakings or general partnerships.

Bidwells LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number OC344553. Its registered office is at Bidwell House, Trumpington Road, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire CB2 9LD. It is a property consultancy firm regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The term “partner” in relation to Bidwells LLP is used to refer to a member of Bidwells LLP or an employee or consultant of Bidwells LLP or any of its affiliated firms, companies or entities. The use of the term “partner” is not intended to and shall not be construed so as to imply that the members of Bidwells LLP and its employees or consultants or any of the employees or consultants of its affiliated firms, companies or entities are carrying on business in partnership within the meaning of the Partnership Act 1890.

Information about you held by “Bidwells” the general partnership was transferred to Bidwells LLP with effect from 1 July 2009. Bidwells LLP will control and be responsible for that information from that date onwards and will use that information to continue to operate and conduct the practice.
